Not A Book Club, but a Hand Building Club
Looking for a creative night out and a chance to meet some new friends? Join our Hand Building Club, held on the third Friday of every month! Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with clay, this relaxed, social workshop is the perfect place to explore your creativity.
Each session includes 1kg of clay for your hand-built project, access to tools and workspace, an open guidance from an instructor to help bring your ideas to life and techniques like slabbing, coiling and pinch pots or more!
Pick a month that fits your schedule or come to them all! Each session is limited to maximum 10 participants, ensuring personal attention and a welcoming, collaborative vibe.
Need more time to finish your piece? Use our drop-in hours during the month to fire and glaze your work. Please note that projects will be stored for up to 3 weeks if not fired.
Bring your creativity and we’ll handle the rest!
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A request of cancellation has to be made at least 2 weeks prior the class, you must send an email to us with a reason. Refunds requested within 14 business days of the first class are 50% refundable, we do not reschedule workshops within 14 business days of the event. There will be no refunds within the 14 day period prior to class. Should a class not fill sufficiently, we may cancel it one week prior to the first class session.
If a student wants to reschedule a class, please email us a week before the class. Reschedules are subject to a $30 admin fee, per person. The make-up class is subject to additional fee. We recommend that you double check your schedule before booking the class.
If classes are cancelled or interrupted by a Public Health Order, refunds will not be available. We will rearrange the class within a reasonable time frame.
Student pots will be kept at the studio for only 6 months after the end date of the class, no later. It is the student’s responsibility to contact Touci Ceramic Studio if they are unable to pick up their pieces on the dates provided by their instructor, no exceptions.
